W/Mo is good for fast recharge condition removal such as [skill]Mend Ailment[/skill] and and enchants like [skill]Vigorous Spirit[/skill] and [skill]Balthazar's Spirit[/skill] ..but -1 enchants on a warrior need a good build to work, not just any old skills thrown together.

I think we have to blame Anet for this one, the first PvP template was a w/mo with healing hands, mending and restore life. And its description was so badass that it made newbs think it actually was good,

No I did not. I forego Mending for skills such as [skill]Vigorous Spirit[/skill] & [skill]Healing Breeze[/skill] for greater regen rate in a pinch rather than a constant -1 energy regen. I only want one enchant on my build to leave the rest of my slots for killing things.
I've been spiked too much for Mending to be 100% reliable for me.. maybe I'm gun-shy about it?

One should mention that from lvl 1 to 10 a war/monk is all but invincible....
After running around Ascalon City killing everything with ease players start to think that the build is unstopable.
Even after they move into zones with enchantment removal and shatter enchanments they still hold onto the belief that at some point thier build will once again dominate all foes.

Also keep in mind that monk is pretty much the only core profession that has so much dedicated healing skills and ways of dealing w/ conditions. If you had nightfall, for instance, you'd probably be better off w/ [skill]signet of pious light[/skill] and [skill]vital boon[/skill]

you failed to notice he was making fun of you.
monk healing skills on a warrior = fail.
virtually any monks skills on a warrior that arent a rez or mending touch = fail.

You fail:
1) For not detecting sarcasm.
2) For thinking Healing Breeze is a good skill.

TBH I've seen enough people serious about Mending on this forum to not detect the sarcasm. It's a horrendous skill to use unless you're using adrenaline and sig only.
Also the -40 armor of [skill]Healing Signet[/skill] seemed a bit steep for my big, bright noob's eyes.. so I chose Monk secondary as a more reliable, shorter casting speed support for my primary with no intention of using anything other than an 87.5% warrior build.

Unfortunately, it did. All energy on a warrior with 25 E is fail, even with [skill]warrior's endurance[/skill]. One of the warriors' strengths is their ability to generate adrenaline. I don't see too many successful energy warrior builds, except maybe a hammer. Sword build=[skill]dragon slash[/skill] or [skill]crippling slash[/skill].
As far as the -40 armor of [skill]healing signet[/skill] ... with 100+ armor, WTF are you doing worrying about -40? If you have to use it that often that you are worried about the armor penalty, you are really sucking donkeys. Other than Mending Touch or Rebirth, there is no good reason to go W/Mo. There's even more benefit to going W/P or W/R than that.

My farmbot army disagrees
Ahem, asides from 55ing the only reason to use Mending is if you're still noob. 6hp a second ain't gonna save you, and wasting attribute points and half your energy for 6hp is a really, really stupid idea.

My 55 Necromancer disagrees. 55 farming is the only good use for [skill]Mending[/skill].
It has no place on a warrior bar. Not even for solo-farming or running.
